I hereby acknowledge this release from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in any physical activity. Diamond Heart Ranchette property owner, stables, or employees shall not be liable to owner or owner's invitees, family, employees, or agents for any personal injuries or property damage, or loss from theft, vandalism, fire, smoke water, hurricane, rain, tornado, explosion, acts of god, or any other cause whatsoever, to the extent allowed by law. I hereby accept the potential liability of all excessive damages to stables occurring during my stay, including ones cause by invitees, family, equine, personal or invitees animals, and myself. I acknowledge Texas state law and accept the following warning: Under Texas Law (Chapter 87, Civil Practice and Remedies Code), a farm animal professional or farm owner or lessee is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in farm animal activities, including an employee or independent contractor, resulting from the inherent risks of farm animal activities.
